Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you sign up for our newsletter or free checklist, we collect your email address, and optionally your first name and the topics you are interested in. We use them only to send you what you asked for and our emails with software and security tips. We never sell or share your email address.

Topics you choose

On our sign-up forms you can tick the topics you want: security, email marketing, accounting, websites and SEO, and saving time. We save those choices with your email address and use them to tailor the emails we send you. You can change or remove topics at any time using the link in any email. The only personal information we collect is your email address and the topics you choose. A first name is optional, and only on the checklist form.

Email and unsubscribing

We only email people who tick the consent box and confirm their address. Every email includes sender details and a one-click unsubscribe link. We stop emailing you promptly after you unsubscribe. Your details are stored with our email service provider, which processes them on our behalf.

Link clicks in our emails

Our email service may record which links in our emails you click, so we can send more of what is useful to you, for example more email-marketing tips if you click email-marketing links. We use this only to tailor our own emails, and we do not combine it with other data about you. You can turn off tailoring, change topics or unsubscribe using the links in any email, or by writing to [email protected].

Cookies and affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link, the vendor or its affiliate network may set cookies to record that you came from BizStackReview. We do not control those cookies. See the vendor's privacy policy.

Site analytics and logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, and we may use basic aggregated analytics to see which pages are useful. We do not use analytics to identify you.

Your choices

To ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected].
